👨‍🍳 Instructions

Combine eggs and pumpkin.

Blend sugar, spice, flour and salt. Mix well.

Pour into pastry shell; bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clear.

Store in refrigerator.
