Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. pumpkin, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 c. granulated sugar, 2 tbsp. flour and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix pumpkin with eggs.
Add dry ingredients.
Heat milk with butter and add to pumpkin mixture.
Pour in shell.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
Reduce to 350° for 30 minutes more or until knife comes out clean.
This makes a very deep pie.
I use a 10-inch round, 2-inch deep pie pan.
