Pumpkin Muffins

Mix eggs, baking soda, pumpkin and vanilla together.
Put rest of ingredients in separate bowl.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients a little at a time and beat on low speed with mixer. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
