Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and allspice. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease or fill 20 muffin cups.
Mix oil and sugars; add egg and pumpkin.

Last, add cranberries, stirring only to mix.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes in oven.
These may be frozen for future use.
