Pumpkin Cookies
Pumpkin Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 4 tsp. baking powder and 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a large bowl, combine shortening.
Add sugar gradually.
Add eggs and pumpkin and beat until mixed well.
Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and spices.
Slowly add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture.
Mix until well blended.
Stir in nuts.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
