Pumpkin Cheese Cake
Pumpkin Cheese Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. ground pecans, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. brown sugar and 1/4 c. butter/margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Mix well.
Press firmly into 9-inch spring-form pan.
Combine 3/4 cup sugar, pumpkin, 3 egg yolks, spices and salt in bowl.
Mix well and set aside.
Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Gradually add remaining sugar; mix well.
Add egg and cream.
Beat well.
Add cornstarch and extracts.
Beat until smooth.
Add pumpkin mixture.
Mix well. Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes.
Let cool.
Chill thoroughly. Garnish with whipped cream and pecan halves if desired.
