Pumpkin Cake
Pumpkin Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 4 eggs, beaten, 3/4 c. nuts, chopped, 1 large can pumpkin and 1/2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix cake mix (reserve 1 cup), 1 egg and 1/4 cup nuts.
Press the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix pumpkin, 3 eggs, brown sugar, spice and milk.
Pour the mixture over the cake mix crust.
Lastly mix the reserved cup of cake mix, butter, sugar and 1/2 cup nuts.
Place this mixture on top of the pumpkin mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
