Pumpkin Cake
Pumpkin Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, beaten until foamy, 1 1/2 c. salad oil (crisco), 2 c. sugar, 2 c. pumpkin (regular size can) and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream the first 5 ingredients together.
Mix dry ingredients together and add to creamed ingredients.
Mix until well blended (2 to 3 minutes) and fold in walnuts.
Bake in angel food pan at 350Β° for 1 hour.
You can make this ahead of time because the more moist it becomes, the better it tastes!
Slice and serve with whipped cream!
