Pumpkin Cake
Pumpkin Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (reserve 1 c. dry mix), 1 stick margarine, 1 egg, 1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can pumpkin pie mix and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix together the first 3 ingredients and spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine the pumpkin pie mix, eggs and milk and pour over cake mixture.
Mix the reserved cake mix, softened butter, sugar and cinnamon and put on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes. Good with Cool Whip or ice cream.
