Pumpkin Bread

Combine sugars, oil, pumpkin and eggs; beat until blended. Sift dry ingredients, add and mix well.
Stir in water.
Spoon into two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans or three 7 3/8 x 3 5/8 x 2 1/4-inch loaf pans.
Sprinkle top with a mixture of 1/4 cup white sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, if desired.
