Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. oil, 4 beaten eggs, 1 16 oz. can pumpkin and 3 1/2 c. all purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream together sugar and oil.
Add eggs and pumpkin.
Mix well.
Stir dry ingredients together and add alternately with water to creamed mixture.
Pour into 2 well greased and floured 9 x 5 loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees about 1
1/2 hours or until loaves test for doneness.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Place bread on wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
