Sift all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Make a well in the center.
Pour in remaining ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Divide batter into 3 greased, floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. Bake small pans about 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 3 large loaves or 6 miniature loaves.
