Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. canned pumpkin, 2/3 c. melted crisco, 2/3 c. water, 4 whole eggs and 3 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine eggs, pumpkin, Crisco and water; beat well with mixer. Set aside.
Combine all dry ingredients.
Add nuts and mix well with the moist ingredients by hand.
Do not use mixer.
Grease and fill 3 loaf pans half full.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Test after 35 minutes.
May not take a full hour.
