Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. flour, 2 to 2 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. soda, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine in large bowl all dry ingredients.
Combine pumpkin, oil and water.
Beat eggs and add to oil mixture.
Make a well in flour mixture. Add oil mixture and stir until well mixed.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Test with toothpick.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Cool on rack.
Makes 2 loaves.
