Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. oil, 4 eggs, 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin and 3 1/3 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix sugar, oil, eggs (one at a time) and pumpkin.
Combine flour, soda, baking powder, salt, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add to pumpkin mixture.
Add water and vanilla.
Stir until well blended.
Add nuts and pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake in a preheated 325Β° oven for 1 hour.
