Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. pumpkin purée and 1 c. shredded zucchini, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Mix pumpkin, oil, eggs, zucchini and 1/4 cup water.
Combine with dry ingredients.
Do not mix too thoroughly.
Pour into 1 or 2 greased 1-pound coffee cans half full.
Bake until straw comes out clean. Cool on rack.
Garnish with cream cheese or Cool Whip.
