Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat eggs slightly, add sugar and cream.
Add rest of ingredients all at once and mix thoroughly.
(Sometimes the pumpkin sticks to the beaters, scrape off and beat again.)
Pour into 3 greased regular bread pans (will make 4 in smaller foil pans for gifts).
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, test with toothpick.
