Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. oil, 1/2 c. water and 2 c. pumpkin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine eggs and sugar; mix well.
Add pumpkin, water and oil; mix again.
Add dry ingredients and mix.
For baking, use 1 pound coffee or other similar size cans.
Do not grease cans. Pour mixture into cans, fill to halfway mark.
Bake in 350Β° oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
Remove from oven, turn cans upside down and let stand until cold.
Bread will slide easily from can.
