Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.

Stir together in large bowl: flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Stir together pumpkin, oil, and water in another bowl.

Add eggs, beaten well. Make a well in center of flour mixture and stir in pumpkin mixture just until dough is moistened.

Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until bread taste done.

Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Cool on rack.
