Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
Beat together sugar and oil and add eggs, one at a time. Stir in pumpkin and orange juice, or whatever liquid you want. Blend in dry ingredients.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Turn into well-greased, floured loaf pans.
Let stand at least 20 minutes before baking.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/4 hours or until done.
Let stand in pans for 5 minutes, then turn on racks to cool.
