Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. salad oil, 4 eggs, beaten, 1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin and 2/3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Cream the sugar and oil together.
Add eggs and pumpkin.
Mix well.
Sift together dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients alternately with water.
Pour into two well-greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until tests done.
Let stand 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cool. May add nuts.
