Mix ingredients and pour into 2 greased bread pans.
Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
May also divide batter into 3 loaf pans, filling half full.
Bake about 1 hour and 15 minutes. If using glass pans, reduce heat to 325°.
