Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. water and 1 lb. libby's pumpkin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Blend butter and sugar together until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time; mix thoroughly after each one.
Add water and pumpkin until blended and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
Add nuts and raisins.
Add dry mixture into pumpkin mixture, a little at a time; blend thoroughly.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
