Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 16 oz. pumpkin purée, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. oil and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°; grease 2 loaf pans.
Combine sugar, pumpkin and eggs in a large bowl.
Beat until blended.
Add oil and beat.
Blend in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Stir in raisins.
Fill pans 3/4 full.
Bake about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Enjoy.
Can be frozen.
Makes two 1 pound loaves.
