Pull Apart Coffee Cake
Pull Apart Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with parker house frozen rolls (22 in pkg.), butterscotch pudding, 1/4 lb. oleo, 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease Bundt pan thoroughly.
Arrange frozen roll balls on bottom of pan (all of them).
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons butterscotch regular pudding mix (save rest) over rolls.
Melt 1/4 pound oleo. Add packed brown sugar and cinnamon.
Mix well and drizzle over dough.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup pecans and 1/2 cup raisins over rolls. Cover with towel and let rise overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
May need to cover with foil last 10 minutes of baking.
