Pudding Cookies
Pudding Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 c. margarine, softened, 1/4 c. granulated sugar and 3/4 c. light brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix flour and baking soda.
Combine margarine, sugar, pudding mix and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add in the flour mixture, then stir in chips and nuts.
(Batter will be stiff.)
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 7 dozen.
