Pudding Cookie Surprise
Pudding Cookie Surprise is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. milk, 1 (6 serving size) pkg. pudding and pie filling (any flavor except lemon), 8 gingersnaps, crumbled, 1/2 c. chopped nuts and 3 tbsp. melted butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine pudding and milk in saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Place plastic wrap on surface of pudding.
Chill.
Combine crumbs, nuts and butter, mixing well.
Place about 2 tablespoons crumb mixture in each of 6 dessert glasses.
Stir pudding and spoon into glasses; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
Makes 6 servings.
