Pudding Cake
Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, unsifted, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Stir together the first 5 ingredients. Add the milk, 2 tablespoons cocoa and vanilla.
Mix all together with dry stuff. Add the nuts (optional).
Pour in an 8 x 8-inch ungreased pan. Spread.
Sprinkle the brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa.
Pour the hot water over the batter.
Bake 40 minutes at 350Β°.
For a 9 x 13-inch pan, take all times 2.
Put Cool Whip on top.
