Prune Harvest Bread
Prune Harvest Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. warm water, 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1 1/4 c. warm milk, 1/4 c. honey and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Stir warm water, dry yeast, milk, honey, salt, vegetable oil and eggs together thoroughly.
Use 1/4 cup of flour to dredge prunes.
Mix dry ingredients together and add to liquid.
Add prunes and nuts.
Knead for several minutes.
Place in a greased loaf pans.
Let rise about 1 hour.
Punch down.
Let rise again about 1/2 hour.
Bake in a 350Β° oven about 30 minutes.
A great holiday breakfast.
