Prune Cake
Prune Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. vegetable oil, 1 large jar baby prunes with tapioca or 2 small jars, 2 c. sugar and 2 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat eggs well.
Add oil and prunes.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add nuts.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool in pan.
When cold, turn out and sift powdered sugar over top.
