Prune Cake
Prune Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, beaten well, 1 c. wesson canola oil, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. buttermilk in which 1 1/2 tsp. soda is dissolved and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix and beat together the eggs.
Add Wesson canola oil, sugar, buttermilk and soda mixture, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, flour, prunes and English walnuts.
Pour into a well greased and lightly floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 300Β° for 48 minutes. Let set in pan for 10 minutes and then turn out.
