Prune Cake
Prune Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 c. prunes, cooked, 1 c. oil, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix sugar and oil and add eggs.
Mix dry ingredients together and add to mixture, alternate with buttermilk.
Add prunes and nuts and mix well.
Bake at 350 in tube pan or oblong pan 45 - 50 minutes.
Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing.
Frost as desired.
