Prune Cake

Cream shortening, sugar and eggs.
Add chopped prunes and stir in sour cream.
Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and spices and add to creamed mixture.
Pour into 2 (8-inch) greased pans or a flat pan.
Bake in moderate oven, 350Β°, for about 20 minutes or until done.
Frost with Creamy Icing.
