Protein Grahams is an easy dinner. Made with 40 to 44 graham crackers, 1/2 lb. butter (not margarine), 1/2 c. white sugar and 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place crackers side by side on jelly roll pan.
Boil butter and sugar 2 minutes.
Remove from heat; quickly pour and spread over crackers.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes. Remove from oven; let settle a few seconds.
Remove to another cookie sheet.
