Prize Winning Meat Loaf
Prize Winning Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. catsup, 3/4 c. quick oats, 1 egg, beaten and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Press firmly into ungreased 8 x 4 x 2-inch pan.
Bake for 1 hour. About 30 minutes into baking time, mix 1/4 to 1/2 cup catsup, 1 tablespoon mustard and 2 tablespoons brown sugar; pour over top of meat loaf and continue cooking another 30 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
