Dissolve Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups hot water. Stir in strawberries until almost set.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Mix pretzels, sugar and butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 8 minutes. Remove and cool. Beat cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on top of Jell-O mixture.
