Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. cream cheese, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1 2/3 c. pretzels, broken into small pieces, 2 sticks margarine, melted and 1 large carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream the cream cheese and sugar.
Set aside.
Place pretzels in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Put margarine on top. Bake 15 minutes at 400Β°.
Cool slightly.
Pour off excess margarine.
Spread cream cheese mixture over lukewarm pretzels. Spread Cool Whip on top and chill.
