Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crushed pretzels, 1 stick margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Melt margarine.
Mix pretzels, margarine and 1/2 cup sugar.
Bake for 7 minutes.
Cool mixture, but not too long, or it will get too hard.
Break up with a fork. Beat Cool Whip and cream cheese together with mixer.
Add pretzel mixture, drained pineapple and remaining sugar.
Chill.
