Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. broken pretzels, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt margarine and 1/2 cup sugar in a 9 x 12-inch glass pan. Cook until bubbly.
Pat pretzels into mixture.
Bake 10 minutes at 350Β°.
Mix well the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and Cool Whip.
Spread on cooled crust.
Mix cornstarch into pineapple in saucepan.
Cook until thick.
Cool and spread on mixture.
