Pretzel Salad

Put pretzels and butter in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes, or until butter is melted.
Remove from oven to cool. Blend cream cheese and sugar.
Spread over cooled pretzels.
Spread Cool Whip over cream cheese; let set up.
Make box of Jell-O according to directions; let set up in refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes.
Pour over Cool Whip.
Chill.
