Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. sugar, 12 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. melted butter, 1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping and 2 c. pineapple juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cream cheese and sugar; set aside.
Place pretzels and butter in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 400Β° for 10 minutes.
Spread cream cheese mixture with lukewarm pretzels in bottom of baking dish.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling pineapple juice; stir in strawberries and allow to thicken to jelled point. Spread over cream cheese and pretzel mixture.
When set, spread the whipped topping on.
