Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 2/3 c. pretzels crushed, 1/4 c. sugar, 8 tbsp. butter (1 stick), melted, 8 oz. softened cream cheese and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Mix pretzels, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter.
Spread out in 8 x 12-inch glass casserole pan and bake 10 minutes.
Cheese and sugar. Beat in whipped topping.
Gently spread over cooled pretzel crust and chill.
Add boiling water to gelatin.
Chill until it thickens. Stir in defrosted strawberries.
Pour over cheese layer and chill until firm.
