Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crushed pretzels, 3/4 c. margarine, melted, 1/4 c. sugar, 2 c. pineapple juice and 1 (6 oz.) box strawberry jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix together pretzels, margarine and sugar.
Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
Cool completely; bring to boil pineapple juice.
Add jello and strawberries.
Chill until slightly set; set aside.
Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy.
Add Cool Whip and spread over.
Top with strawberry mixture.
Chill until ready to serve.
