Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crushed pretzels, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 sticks butter, 8 oz. cream cheese and 2 c. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together pretzels, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press smoothly in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 375Β° for 8 minutes.
Cream together cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar, then spread over crust. Heat the juice and 1 cup water to boiling.
Dissolve the jello in the juice mixture, then add the frozen strawberries.
When thickened, add the crushed pineapple.
Pour over the cream layer and chill.
Serves 12.
