Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. fresh strawberries, 2 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry jell-o, 1 large can pineapple (crushed) in heavy syrup, 1 stick margarine, melted and 2 1/3 c. pretzels, coarsely rolled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix melted margarine with pretzels and spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350Β° and cool.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip together and put on top of pretzel crust.
Dissolve 2 packages of Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
Add 1 cup of pineapple juice.
Let stand until it starts to gel (put in freezer).
Mix with large can of crushed pineapple, drained.
Add strawberries cut up.
Spread on top of cream cheese.

Bottom pretzels, then cream cheese, strawberries and Jell-O.)
