Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pretzels, crushed, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 c. pecans, broken, 1 stick butter and 2 (8 oz.) cartons cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Melt butter.
Mix with pretzels, nuts and sugar.
Press into 9 x 2 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes; cool.
Beat together cream cheese, 1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip and sugar. Spread on top of pretzel mix.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add frozen strawberries.
When thickened, pour over cheese mixture.
Spread 1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip over strawberries.
Decorate with chopped pecans.
