Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. pretzels, crushed, 1 1/2 cubes butter, 12 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1 1/4 c. sugar and 1 large pkg. strawberry jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cream the cheese and sugar together; set aside.
Mix pretzels and butter or oleo; press into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 minutes.
Spread cheese mixture over pretzels; spread Cool Whip over cheese.
Dissolve Jell-O in hot pineapple juice; add the strawberries.
Allow to set.
Pour over the top and refrigerate.
