Mix first 3 ingredients.
Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 400Β° for 5 minutes.
Beat second 3 ingredients together and spread over pretzel layer.
Mix last 2 ingredients.
Cool until semi-formed.
Then spread over cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate.
