Mix the first 3 ingredients.
Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Save a little for topping.
Mix Dream Whip according to directions.
Put in refrigerator.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar, then add Dream Whip.
Put on top of pretzel crust.
Cover with 32 ounces cherry pie filling.
Sprinkle with remaining crushed pretzels.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
