Pressed Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with chicken, 2 c. water and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut up chicken in the usual manner and place in a kettle with a tight lid so as to retain the steam; put water, salt and pepper over chicken, then cook.
Cut up meat freed from skin.
Put in dish and pour juice over meat.
This will gel and can be sliced when cold.
